A few months ago a friend played me a song by an artist that I had never heard before.   It was the first time in a long time that I felt that strong emotional connection to a song.  The song was “I Went Too Far” by the Norwegian phenom known as Aurora.  She is just that.

I was able to witness her transcendent abilities first hand when she played at the Fonda Theatre in Hollywood for Red Bull’s Sound Select presents 30 Days of Music in LA.  Aurora, with ice blue eyes and platinum blonde future-bob hair, has the purest voice I have ever heard.  Pitch perfect and unbelievable only showing her perfect imperfections in the most endearing ways.  Forgive me for pouring my flash flood of compliments but I honestly can’t help it, it’s really just so true.  If you remotely like her music I would recommend that you witness her inspiration for yourself.

Aurora also captures a her unique look and personality in her music video works of art.

“I Went Too Far”

“Under The Water ( Live on the Honda Stage)”

“All My Demons Greeting Me as a Friend” is her second LP released worldwide in March, 2016.  At the young age of 20, wielding so much talent and now experience under her belt, I’m anxiously following her in anticipation for what comes next.  Until then I will be relaxing my ears in a spa of her released music.  With an aura that is reminiscent of Bjork, one could project Aurora to mother a lifetime of unparalleled artistry.  This is a just a prediction made through my imaginary crystal ball, however I have to say my previous predictions have stood the test of time.  If you crave a little spark to light up your life and make a world of wishes upon listen to Aurora, she is that and perhaps much more!
